Grimskov-Goofs @ DreamHack 2011

Departing today, Wednesday 23/11 at 17:00, George a.k.a. Grimskov and Marinos a.k.a. Goofs, for Jönköping, Sweden, to attend the winter Dreamhack event held at the Kinnarps Arena.

What is Dreamhack?

Dreamhack is the largest digital festival in the world and holds the official world record as the biggest LAN event in the Guinness Book of Records.

In 2009, Dreamhack reached over 200,000 unique visitors with live broadcasts worldwide. Dreamhack hosts several festivals each year.

The spring season ends with the finals at Summer Dreamhack, while the winter concludes with Dreamhack Winter. The major festivals last about 4 days, operating 24/7.

So, the good news is Goofs & Grimskov will be at Dreamhack Winter 2011. The even better news is that our applications were accepted, and both managed to get Press Passes, representing and covering the event for StarCraft2.gr and GameBattles.gr!

What does it mean to get a Press Pass?

It means that we will have free access to all event stages, including backstage access to the Press Area, where we will have space and resources to produce and upload content. We’ll also have access to the VIP party at the DHW’11 closing ceremony! Our goal is to bring you as much material as possible from this experience.

We've never done this before, and we're certainly not journalists, so we honestly don't know what to expect. The only thing for sure is that we are determined to give it our all to share every detail of this experience with you, in unique, Greek coverage.
