Legal Troubles for Battlefield 3
A law firm in the U.S. has filed a lawsuit against EA on behalf of a client for failing to fulfill the promise of including Battlefield 1943 in the purchase package of the PS3 version of Battlefield 3.

EA had made the announcement during E3 that summer, but those who bought DICE's new title found no code inside to download the older version of the game.
Moreover, many consumers complained, as EA announced the change in the deal only via Twitter and not in the form of an official press release.
